We are so very pleased to welcome the Third Bardor Tulku Rinpoche to San Diego!
Bardor Rinpoche will be giving a public talk on Friday, September 26.
On September 27 and 28 Rinpoche will teach on Chenrezig and offer the Chenrezig empowerment.
